Customer's reviews
The hotel location is very good, it is just in front of Reliance Smart. Upto 4th flooor rooms are there. City view is good in 4 th floor only but the problem is there is no lift. So it is problematic for old aged people otherwise choose top floor rooms. Beds and toilets are clean and good. Electric kettle, tea, coffee pouch are available at room.
Staffs are also professional and well behaved. The receptionist Bijay Bhaiya is specially mentioned for his nice behaviour. Foods are servicable at room also although their dining space is quite good.
Rate is reasonable with breakfast and dinner.

Cloudhaus Darjeeling was a lovely stay. It’s just about a 1 km easy walk to Mall Road, which makes the location very convenient. The toy train track runs right in front of the property, so for anyone who enjoys photography, this place is perfect, great pictures right from the hotel.
The food deserves a special mention. We’re from Telangana and usually prefer spicier food. When we mentioned this, the staff happily adjusted the spice levels and even prepared food specially for us. Since we had an early flight, they also packed sandwiches for us, which was very thoughtful.
A big thanks to Akash, who manages the property. He was extremely helpful and ensured everything was taken care of smoothly throughout our stay.
Overall, excellent hospitality, good food, and a very comfortable experience. Highly recommended.
