Cloudhaus Darjeeling was a lovely stay. It’s just about a 1 km easy walk to Mall Road, which makes the location very convenient. The toy train track runs right in front of the property, so for anyone who enjoys photography, this place is perfect, great pictures right from the hotel. The food deserves a special mention. We’re from Telangana and usually prefer spicier food. When we mentioned this, the staff happily adjusted the spice levels and even prepared food specially for us. Since we had an early flight, they also packed sandwiches for us, which was very thoughtful. A big thanks to Akash, who manages the property. He was extremely helpful and ensured everything was taken care of smoothly throughout our stay. Overall, excellent hospitality, good food, and a very comfortable experience. The hotel location is very good, it is just in front of Reliance Smart. Upto 4th flooor rooms are there. City view is good in 4 th floor only but the problem is there is no lift. So it is problematic for old aged people otherwise choose top floor rooms. Beds and toilets are clean and good. Electric kettle, tea, coffee pouch are available at room. Staffs are also professional and well behaved. The receptionist Bijay Bhaiya is specially mentioned for his nice behaviour. Foods are servicable at room also although their dining space is quite good. Rate is reasonable with breakfast and dinner. ~ Moumita I

We had a wonderful stay at CloudHaus Hotel, Darjeeling. The overall hospitality and service were excellent. A special appreciation for the staff members Suraj and Akash, who were extremely polite, helpful, and attentive throughout our stay. I had a fantastic experience at this hotel.The staff was incredibly welcoming and professional, making check in and check out seamless.The room was comfortable and well equipped with everything I needed. I especially appreciated the attention to detail and how quiet the environment was - perfect for a relaxing stay. The location was convenient, with great access to restaurants and local attractions. Food was very tasty and staff behaviour is also good. Rooms are very clean. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others. ~ Annu G

Our family went to Darjeeling trip on 2nd Sept after we book another nearby hotel online. But we didn't like the hotel and go directly here and ask for rooms. They show us the rooms and the price they offered for the room is much lower then the hotel we had booked online. We stayed here for 2 nights. The service was good, food taste awesome. Rooms are spacious and clean with all modern amenities. Ordering food at room and other room services are done thru scanner so no mistake happens. Overall a nice stay. ~ Sudhishna

Conveniently located near the railway station right opposite to the Reliance smart superstore 15 minutes walk from the clock tower and the mall all the shopping places and I needed to use the mosque and halal food was really available in 15 minutes walk highly recommend this place was an amazing experience The staff are very friendly and nice. I had all my tea. The room is pretty specious. Well furnished so yes, definitely stay at this place and have fun. ~ Umme F

I first came to the hotel and the outside was nice then i headed inside and it was like average then went to my room and it was so clean and like a different room I was shocked then it come to the service was so so good then the food was so tasty and the view was so good you can see Kanchanjanga mountain it is the world third largest mountain it was so beautiful at the sunset time. ~ Nivi J

We stayed on this property today i.e 11.9.26 and experience was beyond expectations. We were catered by Madam Mita and the staff particularly Mr Vijay provided best of the facilities in the hotel right from food to everything. Nice room , well furnished. Our room was on the 4th floor and climbing up was the only challenge. The manager Akash and his team were very caring and accommodated our requests. Food was tasty and well prepared. The market is at a walkable distance (about 15 mins). Good stay overall. ~ Gopinath S

Nice rooms, helpful staff and management. Hotel is in the heart of the city and entire Darjeeling is easily accessible. Taxi stand is very near where one can book taxi for sightseeing or outstation travels. Will definitely come back here if coming to Darjeeling again.✌️ ~ Azaz M
